Description

A delightful fusion of tacos and spaghetti, this Taco Spaghetti Bake features layers of seasoned beef, black beans, colorful vegetables, and gooey cheese, all baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, corn, or zucchini)
  • 1 cup creamy cheese sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend)
  • Taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) while you prepare your ingredients.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning, mixed vegetables, and black beans. Heat through for about 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the creamy cheese sauce until everything is well coated.
  6. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the meat mixture and toss well.
