A vibrant and flavorful twist on traditional hummus, Taco Hummus combines creamy chickpeas with zesty taco ingredients for a delicious dip.
Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup pico de gallo
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Olive oil (for drizzling)
Instructions
- Add the washed and drained chickpeas, tahini, lime juice, garlic, cumin, and a pinch of salt to your food processor. Blend until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Fold in the pico de gallo and chopped cilantro until just combined.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and serve immediately with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
Notes
Taco Hummus can be made ahead; it tastes even better after a day in the fridge. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
