Description

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup flour (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine in a large bowl mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Prepare the topping by mixing chopped pecans, 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour, and melted butter until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the topping over the sweet potato mixture.
