Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of rolled oats, 2 cups of milk, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a bowl or jar. Stir well.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries, mixing well.
- Cover the bowl or jar tightly and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir well the following morning, adding a splash more milk if desired, and enjoy right from the jar or in a bowl.
Notes
For meal prep, these oats can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to five days. For a warm option, heat before serving.
