Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start your journey by preparing all your ingredients. Chop the bell pepper, onion, garlic, and ginger. Gather your chicken and pineapple chunks.
