Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for roasting.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well-coated.
