- 1 package Wheat Phyllo Dough
- 1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Take one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with olive oil.
- Layer another sheet directly on top and lightly brush it with olive oil.
- Scatter crumbled feta along one edge of the phyllo sheet.
- Roll the dough tightly around the cheese to create a snug roll.
- Repeat with the remaining sheets and feta.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a small saucepan, warm honey over medium heat and stir in chili flakes.
- Drizzle the honey mixture over the rolls before serving.
Notes
Work quickly with phyllo dough to avoid it drying out. Try adding spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for variations.
