Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast snugly in your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the sliced onion and minced garlic evenly over the beef.
- Dust the beef with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the barbecue sauce generously over the top.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it on low for 480 minutes.
- Once cooked, use two forks to shred the beef directly in the slow cooker.
- Serve the pulled beef on hamburger buns with optional pickles.
