- 8 hot dogs
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Flour (for dusting)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Cut the pastry into strips wide enough to wrap around the hot dogs (about 1 inch).
- Wrap each hot dog in a strip of puff pastry, sealing the edges.
- Place the wrapped hot dogs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup and mustard.
Notes
You can assemble the Puff Pastry Hot Dogs the day before and store them in the fridge. Air fry them for a healthier option as well.
