- 8 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 8 sheets Phyllo Pastry
- 4 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Chili Honey
- Fresh Herbs (Parsley, Dill), to taste
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Roasted Vegetables (Zucchini, Bell Peppers, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Crumble the feta cheese into a mixing bowl, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo pastry and brush lightly with olive oil.
- Place a handful of crumbled feta along one edge of the pastry.
- Roll the pastry tightly around the cheese, tucking in the edges.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with spicy chili honey before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, customize the filling with different cheeses or spices. Serve with tzatziki or a fresh salad.
