Description

Instructions

  1. Sear the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown, ensuring internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Garlic: Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Create the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir in Italian seasoning and simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  4. Coat the Chicken: Return chicken to the skillet, letting it simmer in the sauce for a couple of minutes.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
