Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Graham cracker crumbs
  • Fresh fruit or chocolate for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cream cheese mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to beat them until creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream: In a separate bowl, incorporate the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Whip until stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine the mixtures: Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
  4. Layer the cups: In dessert cups, start with graham cracker crumbs, followed by a layer of cheesecake mixture. Repeat until filled.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Add toppings: Just before serving, decorate each cup with fresh fruit or chocolate sauce.
