Instructions
- Combine the cocoa powder, almond flour, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir vigorously until a fudgy mixture forms.
- Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
- Roll small amounts of the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes until set.
