Description

Decadent and fudgy bites that are quick to prepare with no baking required, blending health and indulgence in every delicious mouthful.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup almond flour or crushed nuts
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine the cocoa powder, almond flour, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir vigorously until a fudgy mixture forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  4. Roll small amounts of the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes until set.
