- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Mayonnaise

- 2 Green Onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Add lemon juice and zest, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped green onions.
- Fold in the chopped lobster meat until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread.
