Description

A creamy, indulgent dip inspired by the classic lobster roll, perfect for gatherings or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Fresh Lobster Meat, chopped
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • Juice and zest of ½ Lemon
  • 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice and zest, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped green onions.
  4. Fold in the chopped lobster meat until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with crackers or toasted bread.
