Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease your 9×13 inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  3. Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl until creamy and stir in the sugar.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time and mix thoroughly after each addition, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the butter mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Fold in the mint chocolate chips and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Cool before cutting into squares.
