Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add the egg and vanilla extract and blend until well combined.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture on low speed until just combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and coat them in sugar.
- Place the balls on a lined baking sheet, leaving space for expansion.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are firm but centers remain slightly soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
