Description

Ingredients

  • 5 Potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into one-inch pieces.
  2. Boil the potato chunks in a large pot of cold, salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and let them steam dry in the pot for a few minutes.
  4. Mash the potatoes with warm milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
