Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/3 Cup Garlic Butter
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Chopped Parsley for Garnish (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt the garlic butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Sear the chicken breasts in the skillet until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to an oven-safe baking dish.
  6. Coat the tops of the chicken with grated parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
