Description

A delightful twist on the classic quesadilla featuring creamy cheese and spicy jalapeños, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup Jalapeño Slices
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on half of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with jalapeño slices, spacing them evenly.
  5. Fold the tortilla over to form a half-moon shape.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice into wedges, and serve with salsa and sour cream.

Notes

Feel free to customize by adding cooked bacon or sautéed onions. For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese.
