Description

Deliciously cheesy Jalapeño Chicken Sliders packed with flavor, perfect for gatherings or casual weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties about the size of your slider buns.
  4. Place the patties on a lined baking sheet, spaced out for even baking.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty inside a slider bun and adding toppings as desired.

Notes
