- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the ground chicken, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, breadcrumbs, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Form the mixture into small patties about the size of your slider buns.
- Place the patties on a lined baking sheet, spaced out for even baking.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Assemble the sliders by placing each patty inside a slider bun and adding toppings as desired.
