- 1 lb sausage (sliced)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Start by bringing a large pot of generously salted water to a rolling boil. Add your pasta and cook it according to the package instructions until al dente. Once ready, drain and set aside.
- Brown the Sausage: In a sizeable skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil until it shimmers. Add in your sliced sausage, allowing it to brown for about 5-7 minutes.
- Whisk the Sauce: While the sausage cooks, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Combine: Once your sausages reach that perfect golden hue, pour the honey garlic mixture over them in the skillet. Stir it well.
- Toss in Pasta: Add the drained pasta into the skillet, gently tossing everything together.
- Garnish and Serve: Finally, sprinkle minced parsley over the top before serving.
Notes
You can prepare the honey-garlic sauce in advance and refrigerate it. Feel free to add vegetables for extra nutrition and color.
