- 1/3 cup honey

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease your muffin tin generously.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cornmeal, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until mixed.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, honey, and melted butter.
- Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Spoon the batter into each muffin cup, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool and Drizzle: Allow muffins to cool slightly before transferring them to a wire rack. Drizzle with honey before serving.
