Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Make the glaze by whisking together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
- Prepare the ham by placing it cut-side down in a roasting pan.
- Brush the glaze generously over the ham.
- Cover the ham with aluminum foil to lock in moisture.
- Bake for about 15 minutes per pound.
- Uncover for the last 30 minutes to allow for caramelization.
- If using cloves, insert them into the ham.
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
