Description

A succulent Honey Baked Ham with a sweet, sticky glaze that captures the essence of home-cooked comfort food.


Ingredients

  • 1 spiral sliced ham
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • Cloves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Make the glaze by whisking together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  3. Prepare the ham by placing it cut-side down in a roasting pan.
  4. Brush the glaze generously over the ham.
  5. Cover the ham with aluminum foil to lock in moisture.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes per pound.
  7. Uncover for the last 30 minutes to allow for caramelization.
  8. If using cloves, insert them into the ham.
  9. Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
