Delicious frozen bites combining peanut butter and Greek yogurt for a creamy, protein-packed treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk the mixture until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in chocolate chips or chopped nuts if desired.
- Dollop the mixture into silicone molds or onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until solid.
- Pop them out of the molds or remove from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
These bites can be made vegan by using plant-based yogurt and maple syrup. Customize flavors with spices or different nut butters as desired.
