Description

A warm, creamy ham casserole that brings comfort and flavor in every bite, perfect for using up leftovers.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover ham, diced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (like penne or macaroni)
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the diced ham, cooked pasta, frozen peas, shredded cheddar, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs with melted butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbling.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
