Deliciously grilled shishito peppers with a sweet, earthy flavor and a hint of heat. Perfect as an appetizer or side dish!

- 10 oz shishito peppers
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 lemon (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Coat the peppers in a bowl with olive oil and sea salt.
- Grill the peppers for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until blistered and charred.
- Remove from the grill and serve on a plate.
- Add fresh lemon juice if desired before serving.
Notes
Enjoy fresh for the best flavor. They can also be sautéed or air-fried.
