- 4 cups Broccoli florets

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups Cooked rice or quinoa
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a mixing bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Prepare the creamy sauce by heating heavy cream in a saucepan and whisking in Parmesan until smooth.
- Assemble the bowls with sliced grilled chicken, blanched broccoli, and drizzled creamy sauce.
- Serve with additional Parmesan or cracked pepper if desired.
