- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone inside if using.
- Roll out your pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Brush a thin layer of olive oil over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
- Arrange sliced tomatoes, onions, olives, and bell peppers atop the cheese.
- Crumble feta cheese over the vegetables.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve hot.
Notes
For a crispier crust, preheat your pizza stone beforehand. Customize toppings to suit your taste.
