Description

A vibrant Greek pizza loaded with feta, mozzarella, fresh vegetables, and a crispy crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone inside if using.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough to about ¼ inch thickness on a floured surface.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a lightly greased baking sheet.
  4. Brush a thin layer of olive oil over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust.
  6. Arrange sliced tomatoes, onions, olives, and bell peppers atop the cheese.
  7. Crumble feta cheese over the vegetables.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve hot.

Notes

For a crispier crust, preheat your pizza stone beforehand. Customize toppings to suit your taste.
