Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
- 4 cups mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the strawberries under cool water, remove the green stems, and slice them.
- Add the mixed greens to a large mixing bowl.
- Fold the sliced strawberries into the greens gently.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top of the salad.
- Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice), salt, and pepper in a separate bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately in a large bowl.
