- 1 fully cooked ham (about 8–10 pounds)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- Mix the brown sugar, honey, orange juice, pineapple juice, ground cloves, cinnamon, and ginger until smooth.
- Brush the glaze generously over the ham.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover loosely with foil.
- Bake for approximately 15-18 minutes per pound, basting occasionally with the glaze.
- Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes of baking.
- Let the ham rest for about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Prepare the glaze a day in advance for added convenience. Consider adding Dijon mustard for extra flavor.
