Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Fold in the Fruity Pebbles and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Make ahead and refrigerate dough for up to 3 days. Can also bake in an air fryer for about 8-10 minutes at 330°F (165°C).
