Description

Refreshing and light Tuna Cucumber Boats filled with a creamy, herb-infused tuna mixture. Perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium cucumbers
  • 1 can of tuna (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create boat shapes.
  2. Prepare the tuna mixture by combining tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, and herbs in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Fill each cucumber half with the tuna mixture.
  4. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.

Notes

For a make-ahead option, prepare the tuna filling a few hours in advance and fill the cucumbers right before serving. Avoid using overripe cucumbers for the best texture.
