- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
- Combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
- Pour the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin filling each liner about three-quarters full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
