Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables and sauté for another 3 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked noodles with soy sauce and oyster sauce; toss for about 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
