- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and sauté for another 3 minutes.
- Combine the cooked noodles with soy sauce and oyster sauce; toss for about 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
