Description

Deviled Brownies are a whimsical twist on traditional fudgy brownies, featuring a creamy center and a delightful contrast of textures.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup frosting for ‘yolk’
  • Sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch brownie pan.
  2. Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl, then stir in the granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each one is fully incorporated before adding the next.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Slowly fold this dry mixture into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  6. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
