Description

A delightful and simple Crustless Blueberry Pie bursting with flavor, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Whipped topping or ice cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the fresh blueberries, sugar, flour, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter in a separate medium bowl.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the blueberry bowl and mix gently.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased pie dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
  7. Allow the pie to cool slightly before serving.
