- 1 cup corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Combine corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Scoop out portions and shape them into 1-inch balls.
- Prepare a dipping station with beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each ball in the eggs, then roll in the breadcrumbs to coat.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the balls in batches for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, consider using panko breadcrumbs. You can also experiment with different cheeses.
