- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Baked pita chips or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare your crockpot or choose an oven-safe dish for the oven method. Ensure the cream cheese is softened before starting.
- Combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella cheese in the crockpot or mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the chopped spinach until evenly distributed.
- Add minced or powdered garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Cook in the crockpot on low for 2-3 hours, or bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Stir just before serving and enjoy with warm baked pita chips or crackers.
