Description

A tropical poke cake soaked in creamy lime filling, topped with whipped cream and shredded coconut for a delightful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 Can (14 ounces) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Lime Zest
  • 1 Cup Whipped Topping
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the Batter: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cake mix, eggs, and water until smooth.
  3. Bake the Cake: Pour the batter into the pan and bake according to package instructions.
