- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chorizo, sliced
- 1 cup chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add sliced chorizo and diced chicken; sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Toss in the cooked pasta, stirring to coat every noodle with the sauce.
- Cook for another 8-10 minutes, checking for al dente doneness.
- If the sauce thickens, add reserved pasta water to achieve desired consistency.
- Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
