Ingredients
- Wonton wrappers
- Ground chicken
- Soy sauce
- Garlic, minced
- Ginger, minced
- Slaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
- Green onions, sliced
- Oil for frying
- Hoisin sauce or sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat the oil in a heavy-bottomed frying pan, about 1 inch deep over medium-high heat.
- Cook the ground chicken, breaking it up with a spatula, for about 5-7 minutes after adding garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
- Prepare the slaw by combining the slaw mix, chopped green onions, and a splash of hoisin sauce or sriracha in a bowl.
- Shape the wonton wrappers into taco shapes and fry them in the preheated oil until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Assemble each taco with the seasoned chicken and slaw mixture.
- Drizzle additional hoisin sauce or sriracha over before serving. Enjoy warm!
