Description

  • 2 Bell Peppers (sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling salted water in a large pot. Add pasta and cook per the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken, seasoning it with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add the Veggies: Once the chicken is golden, add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  4. Create the Creamy Base: Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Combine with Pasta: Toss in the cooked pasta, ensuring every piece is coated with the creamy sauce.
  6. Melt the Cheese: Remove from heat and add shredded cheese, stirring until melted.
  7. Serve and Garnish: Dish out while hot, garnishing with fresh cilantro if desired.
