Description

A vibrant Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad that combines fresh vegetables, tender chicken, al dente pasta, and a creamy Caesar dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine the cooked pasta, chicken, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a large mixing bowl. Use a spatula to fold the ingredients together.
  2. Mix together the Caesar dressing and balsamic vinegar in a separate bowl until fully combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir gently. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature, garnished with crisp greens if desired.

Notes

Preparation tips include using rotisserie chicken for convenience and cooking pasta just until al dente.
