Description

This Chicken Bruschetta Casserole combines deliciously tender chicken, vibrant tomatoes, and a gooey cheese topping for a comforting dish that’s perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, minced garlic, dried basil, and oregano in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the shredded mozzarella.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Fold in the cooked pasta if using.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
