Description

A comforting dish featuring juicy chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy blend of cheeses, garlic, and fresh herbs, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup zesty marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Slice a pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast.
  4. Stuff each breast with the cheesy mixture, ensuring a generous filling.
  5. Brush the outside of each chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the stuffed chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden.
  7. Serve hot, drizzled with marinara sauce and paired with veggies or salad.

Notes

Prep the chicken up to a day in advance and store in the fridge. Can also be made in an air fryer at 375°F for about 18-20 minutes.
