- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup zesty marinara sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking dish with olive oil.
- Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Slice a pocket into the thickest part of each chicken breast.
- Stuff each breast with the cheesy mixture, ensuring a generous filling.
- Brush the outside of each chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the stuffed chicken in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- Serve hot, drizzled with marinara sauce and paired with veggies or salad.
Notes
Prep the chicken up to a day in advance and store in the fridge. Can also be made in an air fryer at 375°F for about 18-20 minutes.
