Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the ricotta cheese, softened butter, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.

- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, then gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and orange zest.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
