Ingredients
Scale
- 1 Cup Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
- 2 Scoops (50g) Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Rainbow Sprinkles
- A Pinch of Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla or Almond Extract
Instructions
- Melt the Peanut Butter and Honey: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine your peanut butter and honey. Heat for 20-30 seconds, watching closely. Stir until creamy and smooth.
- Mix in the Protein Powder: Add the protein powder, salt, and your choice of extract to the melted mixture. Stir vigorously until the dough forms. If it seems too dry, add a splash of milk.
- Fold in Sprinkles: Gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Scoop and Shape: Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the dough and roll them into balls.
- Prepare for Chilling: Line a tray with parchment paper and place the rolled balls on it with space between each.
- Refrigerate: Pop the tray in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes until the protein balls firm up.
Notes
These protein balls can be made in bulk and stored in the fridge for up to a week. For longer storage, they freeze well for up to three months.
