Description

A creamy and vibrant guacamole dip made with ripe avocados, zesty lime, and fresh vegetables, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped, optional)
  • Jalapeño (minced, optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados: Slice the avocados in half, carefully removing the pit. Use a spoon to scoop out the creamy flesh and transfer it into your mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the avocados: Grab your fork or potato masher and mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
  3. Mix in flavor: Add the fresh lime juice, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of salt. Combine everything gently.
  4. Add extra flair: If you like a touch of greenery and heat, fold in the chopped cilantro and minced jalapeño. Taste and adjust flavors as necessary.
  5. Serve immediately: Present your guacamole in a beautiful bowl, and accompany it with crispy tortilla chips.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but ingredients can be prepped in advance.
