Description

A refreshing salad that combines strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, fresh mozzarella, and basil, drizzled with balsamic glaze and olive oil, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, quartered
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine your juicy berries.
  2. Cut the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Tear fresh basil leaves gently with your hands.
  4. Drizzle balsamic glaze and olive oil over the ingredients.
