Description

Delightful truffles that combine the classic flavors of banana pudding with a creamy chocolate coating and a crunchy texture from vanilla wafers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup banana pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • Sprinkles or festive decorations for coating

Instructions

  1. Combine the crushed vanilla wafers, banana pudding mix, whipped cream, and mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon, and place them onto a lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, coating it entirely.
  6. Decorate with sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set completely before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead tips: These truffles can be prepared up to a week in advance and stored in an airtight container.
